Guy Ropes

Guy ropes, guy wires  or stay wires can be utilised for tower or antenna support to reduce mechanical movement due to adverse weather conditions such as high winds. Guy ropes can be constructed from insulated materials such as reinforced fibreglass to reduce possible interference or interaction with your RF system or antennas.

Connecting hardware for guy wires should be selected to suit your installation location, ZCG recommend stainless steel fittings for highly corrosive locations such as oceanic areas.
