The S4B42-1C stacked dipole array antenna consist of 4 folded dipoles phased with an internal power divider, configured in a vertical dipole array. This results in a true broadband coverage of the entire Air band 118-137MHz frequency, high gain performance at 7.5 dBd and effective performance at better than 1.5:1 VSWR. The S4B42-1C dipole binary array is a fixed position dipole array antenna for ground-to-air communications suitable for either a civillian or military installation. The S4B42-1C dipole array is ideally mounted using a bottom, central and top mount clamp to ensure no mechanical movement or flexing of the boom.
