The ZM21-VHF marine VHF deck mount antenna is suitable for marine vessel VHF communications within the 156-162 MHz frequency range. The ZM21-VHF marine VHF antenna requries a MM1 white nylon fold-down base, MM2 stainless steel fold-down base or alternatively you can mast mount the ZM21-VHF marine VHF antenna utilising a MMA mast mount adaptor + 2 x EB1-SS parallel mount clamps. ZCG recommend mounting the ZM21-VHF VHF collinear antenna as high on your vessel or structure as possible to ensure a true omni-directional pattern. ZCG recommend during transport that the ZM21-VHF marine VHF antenna is orientated flat so as to not contact any overhead infrastructure such as powerlines, trees or bridges, orientate vertically when in use for stated performance levels.
