The ZIR-1626-RC-10 satellite phone communications spring base antenna can be mounted in a mobile or fixed position location depending on your requirements. Being a satellite communications antenna it must maintain a clear line-of-site with the sky, meaning no obstructions such as roofs, overhangs or tree branches, as these will greatly diminish and even completely block your signal. The internal PCB construction of the ZIR-1626-RC-10 satellite communications antenna results in a true right hand circular polarised or RHCP signal propogation to communicate and transfer information with the compatible satellites orbiting the earth using the 1616-1626.5 MHz frequency.
