Recognised as one of Australasia’s leading events for disaster and emergency management professionals, DEMC brings together emergency services, government agencies, critical infrastructure operators, industry leaders and technology providers to share knowledge, explore emerging challenges and discuss the future of emergency management. The conference theme for 2026 is “The Next Chapter in Emergency Management: Adapting, Learning, Leading”.

Throughout the exhibition, the ZCG Scalar team will be showcasing a range of RF and antenna solutions designed to support mission-critical communications across emergency services, public safety, utilities and critical infrastructure sectors.

ZCG Scalar was proud to exhibit at Comms Connect New Zealand 2026, New Zealand’s leading event for the critical communications industry, held at the Tākina Wellington Convention & Exhibition Centre on 27–28 May 2026.

The event provided an excellent opportunity for ZCG to showcase our Australian-made RF solutions and engage directly with organisations operating across public safety, utilities, transport, local government and critical infrastructure sectors.

Comms Connect NZ 2026 – Graham on the ZCG Scalar stand getting ready for day 1

Throughout the exhibition, we showcased a range of RF products and capabilities including antennas, coaxial cable assemblies, filters, surge protection devices, mounting hardware, and custom-engineered RF solutions. The event also provided an opportunity to discuss ZCG Scalar’s broader capabilities in bespoke antenna design, Australian manufacturing, RF consultancy, system prediction and reporting, and custom engineering support.

Representing ZCG Scalar at the event were Graham and Nick, who spent two productive days meeting with customers, industry partners and end users from across New Zealand. Discussions covered a broad range of communications challenges, from network coverage and infrastructure requirements through to emerging 5G applications and critical communications deployments.

As our first time exhibiting at Comms Connect New Zealand, we were delighted by the strong interest shown in ZCG Scalar’s capabilities and grateful for the opportunity to strengthen existing relationships while establishing new connections throughout the New Zealand market.
