Can I purchase directly from ZCG?

We have recently setup a direct-to-customer online store (click here) where a range our in-stock available now products can be purchased directly from ZCG™. These items are our in-stock/ items that don’t require custom manufacture due to frequency or termination customisation. For all other custom frequency, connector or cable antennas please see our wide range of  knowledgeable retail distributors located through-out Australia. To locate your local stockist of ZCG™ solutions please use the ‘Dealer locator’ to find their locations and/or contact details.

For our B2B (Business to Business) clientele, we recommend directly contacting us for trade pricing & availability of solutions. Retail/Distributor/Business customers who wish to purchase ZCG™ products, please contact:

What if I can’t find my solution on the ZCG™ online store (end-user only)?

If the solution you are looking for is not listed on our Direct-to-consumer online store, we recommend contacting one of our ever-expanding network of knowledgeable retail distributors located through-out Australia and internationally, who are able to assist you with any RF antenna enquiry.

Find your closest dealer with our dealer locator. If there is not a stockist in your area, please contact the closest stockist and they can direct ship to your door.

Who do I contact if my antenna has a fault?

ZCG Scalar™ manufacture our RF solutions with a the highest quality assurance and ISO accredited processes to ensure the product is manufactured, tested and delivered as per the stated specifications.

However if you do find a fault with your antenna, return the antenna to your place of purchase (find details here) for them to troubleshoot/rectify the issue or they can contact us for more advice/assistance. For online store returns or troubleshooting please email online@zcg.com.au.

For orders not purchased through our online store, the warranty/return claim will need to go through your place of purchase. Find your place of purchase contact details with our dealer locator.

How can my business become a retail distributor of ZCG products ?

With the RF industry now expanding into all industries, requirements for RF solutions is ever expanding. For business and trading enquiries simply contact us by telephone or email and introduce your business to ZCG Scalar™. We will set you up in our database and you can begin trading with ZCG™. Easy as that.

How can my business (B2B), place an order with ZCG™?

I cannot find a product suitable for my particular RF application. What should I do?

Our RF Solutions Consultants will be pleased to assist you in identifying the very best products to suit your purposes. Contact us by telephone or email. Otherwise you can send us an enquiry.

I currently purchase another manufacturers products and wish to migrate to ZCG™, how can I replace the current products with equivalent ZCG™ products?

Understanding different manufacturers part numbers can be a job in itself. Simply send through the part codes currently in your system, and our friendly RF consultants will assist you with converting them over to equivalent ZCG Scalar™ part numbers.

If there isn’t an equivalent part available that we manufacture, our R&D department can assist for further evaluation and manufacturing. Please ensure any technical datasheets are included to make matching the codes up easier.

How long does it take my order to be manufactured?

We are proud to continue to manufacture RF solutions in our Victorian manufacturing facility (find us here). Our standard manufacture time is 15 working days (Monday-Friday). For large quantity orders, our sales department will consult you on an accurate manufacture time-frame as this may be outside our standard manufacture time.

For custom coaxial cable assemblies, our manufacture time is 7-14 working days (Monday-Friday) depending on coaxial cable size/quantity.  Please consult our Sales team via email sales@zcg.com.au for more information on time-frame of your specific order.

We do offer a ‘Priority build‘ option on all our RF solutions for those time critical requirements under our standard manufacture time. Please consult our sales team for more information, availability for ‘Priority builds’ will be determined by our current manufacture capability and cannot be guaranteed.

I require a different termination/connector fitted than the standard one?

Manufacturing our products in-house, allows ZCG Scalar™ to customised our range of RF solutions to suit your individual requirements. Whether it be a change of termination/connector through to a different length of coaxial cable, ZCG Scalar™ understands no standard RF solution covers all requirements, and we offer the flexibility to customise our RF solutions to best suit your requirements.

I cannot open your Product Information Sheet PDF files.

Our specification sheets/data sheets and catalogues are in PDF format for ease of access. You need to install Adobe Reader. The software is available to download here or alternatively you can utilise Microsoft Edge for .pdf viewing.

How can I track my parcel once it has left ZCG.

ZCG Scalar™ predominately dispatch our orders via TNT or TOLL or Australia Post, unless another courier is specified by the client. Once you order is dispatched from our Victorian facility, you will be sent a dispatch confirmation email which will include the tracking details.

Use our “track your goods” page to locate your order via TNT,  TOLL or Australia Post using your supplied consignment note number (con note number) – click here

I do not understand the terminology used on your Product Specification Sheets.

We understand, not everyone is into antennas/RF like we are, we try to ensure our specification sheets are easy to understand, and include all the vital information to assist you with selecting the correct RF solution. Alternatively our sales team and technical services engineers are are available to answer any of your questions, or if you require more information on any of our RF solutions.
